Farewell is the 150th and final issue of Fables, prior to the series' revival in 2022. Due to its size, it was simultaneously Volume 22 of the trade paperback collection. The front cover was a three-part gatefold by Nimit Malavia, showing 177 characters from past and present tales, and a key was included to help identify them.
