William "Bill" Willingham (born 1956) is an American writer and artist of comics, known for authoring the series Elementals and Fables. He also penciled and inked the illustrations for the short stories Fables: Legends in Exile — "A Wolf in the Fold" and Fables #100 — "Pinocchio's Army," and the comic story Fables #150 — "The Last Toy Story."
